Make Your Own Formula Sheet

Every topic from every formula sheet, as mix-and-match parts. Pick sections, add your own, resize the text to fit your class’s size limit, and print exactly what you need.

1. Pick sections

Tick any topic from any course — each one is a modular part. The number shows how many formulas it holds.

2. Your sheet

Add a custom section

For classes we don’t cover yet — one formula per line, optionally as Label: formula.

3. Print setup

4. Preview

5. Don’t see your class?

Tell us which course needs a formula sheet and we’ll add it to the codex.

How to build your formula sheet

  1. Pick sections — tick any topic from any of the 8 formula sheets. Each topic is a modular part, so you can match exactly what your class covers — even if your professor skips chapters.
  2. Arrange your sheet — reorder sections with the arrows, remove ones you don’t need, and add custom sections for classes we haven’t covered yet (one formula per line).
  3. Tune the print setup — pick paper size and orientation, switch to 2 columns to fit more, and use the text size slider (70–130%) when your class limits how much fits on one sheet.
  4. Print or self-test — hit Print for an ink-friendly page, or flip on exam mode first to print a blank self-test worksheet and quiz yourself from memory.

Frequently asked questions

What is the formula sheet builder?

A free tool that lets you mix and match any topic section from 8 college formula sheets (Calculus I/II, Linear Algebra, Statistics, Physics I/II, General Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry I), add your own custom sections, reorder everything, and print the result exactly the way your class allows.

Can I add my own formulas for a class you don’t cover?

Yes. Add a custom section with a label and one formula per line (optionally as “Label: formula”). Your sections print alongside the picked ones and are saved in your browser.

My class limits how much fits on the formula sheet. Can I shrink the text?

Yes — the text size slider (70% to 130%) resizes every formula live in the preview and on the printed page, so you can fit more on one sheet or make it more readable.

How do I print my custom sheet?

Choose A4, Letter, or Legal and portrait or landscape in Print setup, then hit Print. The print stylesheet is ink-friendly (black on white) and hides all the builder controls so only your sheet prints.

What is exam mode?

Exam mode hides every formula while keeping the labels — print the page and you get a blank self-test worksheet. Fill it in from memory (active recall is the fastest way to memorize), then toggle exam mode off to check your answers.

Can I request a formula sheet for my class?

Yes — use the “Request a class” box above. It opens an email to the support inbox with your class name pre-filled.
